Three things we don’t put in the offer

A voicebot, a tool name in the headline, and a percentage without a source. The market sells all three — we deliberately don’t. Here is why.

Three things keep repeating on automation pages. All of them sell well and none of them makes it into our offer.

1. The voicebot and the “digital employee”

Our principle is: the tool should disappear into the work, not converse. We don’t build personas with a name and an avatar that imitate a human on the other side. If the client doesn’t get an owner for their inquiry, a bot won’t fix the problem — it just moves it to the same empty place.

2. The tool name in the headline

“n8n deployment”, “Make automation”. A tool is not a process. The same flow can be built in several tools and each will work — but none of them will tell you whether it is worth touching. The headline carries the flow, not a logo.

3. A percentage without a source

“Half the hours”, “100% of calls”, “5–10× return”. A number without a source and a date is a promise. With us a number without a source doesn’t go out — we show the process, and the number appears when it can be counted from your data.

That is not a lack of ambition. It is the difference between a presentation and work you can check.
