01Who we are
Precision of a machine.
Will of a human.
We are a small team building automations and our own AI tools. A machine does repeatable work without error and without fatigue. Decision, direction and responsibility stay with people — and that is how it should stay.
02Origins
It started with a question: where does the machine end?
In the world of Dune, after a war with thinking machines humanity forbids building a machine in the likeness of the human mind. A trained human takes the computer’s place — precision without losing the will. We come at it from the other side: we are not interested in a machine that imitates a human. We are interested in a machine that is flawless where a human is merely patient.
That is why we do not build assistants with a name, an avatar and a personality. We build systems that disappear into the work: they move data, watch deadlines, close the document flow — and do not ask for attention. The less visible they are, the better they do their job.
Aion Automation has been running since 2024 from Lesser Poland. We started by automating our own processes, because the first hours we wanted back were ours. Then the same systems started running at clients’ — and that is the whole story of the products on the home page.

Makes sure the system enters the client team’s daily work instead of staying a presentation. Training, documentation, handing over accounts and code.

Reconnaissance

We sit down with your processes and count the hours. Out comes a list of what is worth handing to a machine — and what is not.
Result: a process map and a quote

First process
2–4 weeks
We take the invoice or order flow and bring it to life in production, not in a demo.
Result: a working automation

Extension
iterative
Further processes are added only once the previous one runs without us. One at a time, measured in hours.
Result: a monthly change report

Handover
ongoing
The code stays with us under a perpetual licence for your site. On parting you get a static copy, the instance code with documentation and a full export. We maintain it as long as you want.

The client owns the content, design, domain and data. The code stays with us under a perpetual licence for their site.

We don’t build WordPress sites. With someone else’s site we only do a migration plan that preserves SEO.
