A follow-up after silence is a task, not a mailing
Silence after an offer should not turn into another mass mailing. It should create a task for a specific person — with a deadline and one next step.
An inquiry from a form or an e-mail lands in a shared inbox. A week passes and nobody has it on their card. That is not a communication problem — it is the lack of an owner.
The inquiry gets an owner right away
Assignment happens at the moment of arrival, not “when someone notices”. The rule comes from the flow map: region, subject, order, a specific person. The entry lands on that person’s card, with a deadline for the next step.
Silence creates a task, not an e-mail
When the client doesn’t reply, the system doesn’t send another mass mailing. It creates a task for the salesperson: call back, add one sentence to the offer you sent, close the thread if the client declines. The task names who and when — not “marketing”.
Who writes the content
The reminder is for the salesperson. The content to the client is written by that person or a template we agreed during reconnaissance. The automation remembers the thread exists; it doesn’t pretend to hold the conversation.
A confirmation that the form arrived can go out right away. That is the order of intake. The further conversation stays with a human.
