KSeF and automation
KSeF is a structured invoice, not a document workflow system. As an entry point to automation it shortens extraction — but doesn't replace approvals.
What is KSeF
KSeF (National e-Invoice System) is a system where invoices carry structured fields: number, dates, parties, amounts, NIP, line items. The document enters the system in XML format that can be read by machines.
KSeF as an entry point to automation
An invoice from KSeF is one of the entry points to the workflow — alongside email, scans, and PDFs. When a document arrives from KSeF, the extraction already has structured fields. This shortens step two in the workflow: the system receives fields ready, without needing to extract them from a file.
What KSeF doesn’t do
KSeF doesn’t arrange approvals in your company. It won’t tell you who should approve an invoice when the responsible person is absent. It won’t read an order pasted into an email body. It won’t remind you of deadlines.
That’s why we don’t sell “KSeF implementation” as a standalone thing. KSeF is one of the entry channels — we build one workflow that handles all channels.
How we handle this
We build one process that accepts documents from KSeF, email, scans, and PDFs. One scheme, one measurement, one substitute. KSeF accelerates extraction — the rest of the workflow stays the same.
